Busted!

Here are the details

IN CUSTODY ARRAIGNMENT /CIRCUIT & DISTRICT
August 21, 2006 - MONDAY

Circuit Court
210616276 State v Frisch Deborah
Arraignment / Stalking - Misdemeanor / Misdemeanor
/ Telephonic Harassment x 2
No Control Number

DA: Ibanga Emem O.
I agree with the commenters that this is most likely an action taken by "the quacks" that she has been harassing on the blog and presumably in meatspace. I think the Goldstein shoe has yet to drop.

The $4000 bail seems excessive, but I am not an expert on these matters (thank God).

The speculation that she was in "the tank" for awhile is very interesting. Anyone out there have more info?

Thanks to everyone in the comment threads for the real work of tracking this down. For the record, I did none of this hard detective work it was all done by the VBSers.

Making these PUBLIC records more PUBLIC falls directly in line with the mission of this blog. This post will certainly be in the final roundup when "teh crazy" finally ends.

It does have to end... right?

a propos~~

I was wondering...Maybe there should be an FAQ, prominently placed, which would address the basic questions, like:

(1) Who is she?
(2) Has she been arrested?
(yes, see this document
[link]);
etc?

I mean *we all* know all these FAQ thingies...but if prospective employers come here, a prominently placed "Sinner's Notes" quick-read
might really help them.

Of course, it's all easy for *moi* to say~~I don't have to do the work! ;)

speaking of which...Thanks, Sinner, for all the work you've done to build and maintain this site :)

Is this one of the people she proudly proclaimed she was cyberstalking (in all caps, at that)?

Excellent idea Tim...a veritable blog bibliography. A sort of "Bloggers Gone Wild" virtual Almanac.

I told her several times that this was going to happen. I even suggested some high-dollar, but very good professional associates in Colorado and Arizone as well as Oregon that could help her if she had the finances, to no avail.

In consideration of her recent posts about an old flame, I wonder if she has been overcome by "teh hornee"?

$4,000 bail isn't much and is standard for what should be a second degree misdemeanor. However, she'll probably end up on probation for two years.....I'm confident she'll be violated by her probation officer and spend more time in the women's facilities. Perhaps that will help resolve "teh hornee"

Sorry, couldn't resist.

I wonder what she made of the other women she spent a few hours with? One was also in for stalking; but another was in for strangulation, which might have clued Deb that this wasn't the places she's used to.

Hey, I gotta tell all you good VBSers, last weeks' cycle was rather thin gruel, but this week, however, is shaping up to be quite the lollapalooza: we got us some damn fine cRaZEe coming out and it's only Tuesday!

It doesn't get much better than an arrest, an arraignment, $4,000 bail, and we're not even talking about the Goldstein stuff!

BrendaK picked tues. nite in the VBS weekly cRaZEe pool, and she's well on her way to winning the $2, methinks.

Deb is like a magical well of never ending teh crayzee®. It's said that if you can catch her (use a long handled butterfly net) you will get a pot of watt.

The new worm in Deb's apple is that she was arraigned on 1 count of stalking and 2 counts of telephonic harrassment. This is not related to JG's restraining order, although I'm sure Colorado might be interested in her other actions at Sadly, No last week. We suspect the latest action involves faculty at the University of Oregon.

Yippee! It's brand new CRAZEEEEEEE!!!

Lunarpuff, it's criminal.

I see her entered into a diversion program, with community service and compulsory treatment for substance abuse and/or mental health issues.

I don't think she will be fined or get any jail if she follows instructions in order to get a promised vacation of the verdict (after, say, 6 months to a year of fulfilling her requirements.)

Which means eventually she will be fined or do jail time, or otherwise self-destruct within that time frame. Because she will not follow instructions no matter the incentive.

Family may be able to really put their foot down now...maybe they can make a difference.

Diversion programs are not probation proper but it would have the carrot/stick thing going on and would require her to be of good behavior.

I don't know for sure, but my opinion is that one of the profs she has been writing about in the "missing" post filled out a complaint with the local police on the stalking and harrassment. Ooh, sounds all conspiracy-nut with "disappeared" communications and such. She just deleted the one with all the UO psych faculty on it asking them to "cawl" her back. I believe this was why there were no comment approvals this weekend: she was in jail until she posted bond. I don't believe a restraining order was involved with this arraignment.
