Time for some serious questions to the law-types out there.

Facts:

Dr. Deb's comments are moderated and she has to approve them before they get on the site at all.

There are the numerous posts trying to educate her in the specifics of the TRO.

There are reasonable sounding warnings about what could happen if she continues to ignore the TRO.

Given these facts, is the whole of her blog people's exhibit #1?

It proves she knew the consequences of her continued actions, right?

As such, would it be possible and advantageous to have the hosting company shut it down and give the entire thing to the courts in CO?

I ask this because it seems pretty clear that as long as she has internet access and access to the blog, she will continue to bring teh crazy. Seizing her blog assets may be the fastest and most humane action to end this situation.

8:31PM Pacific Time, Saturday night. The sun sets upon the trans-Berkeley, gourmet-friendly landscape, long-shadowing the Cascades. In the magic dusk pops a bottle of pinot noir, lovingly nurtured from Pommard clone vines. Yet 'tis only the first vessel of Sublimity tonight; the stocks are well-laid.

The evening brings the promise of new uninhibited adventure! Glass by glass, a superior North(West) intellect is fired to life. Tonight, so much needs to be said. So many wrongs to right, so many flagons to slay.

The world awaits anxiously. Ikemanns beware! Tonight they shall be lashed.

No you are not crazee.

The same thing happened to me last year. I was trying to get even with someone who said something untrue about me to alot of peeps I knew.

I spend alot of time to prove i was right, but in the end I think it was a waste of time, cus everyone thought i was losing it.

This year that person has move up to the high school, so I havent had to deal with it. I dont think i will start it up again when i get to 9th grade, but who nose. And you do not neea a lawyer when you go to that colorado thing, you are prolly way smarter than thet jeff kids lawyer or the judge.

"Am I crazy for wanting to go there, peeps?"

Well, it's more like you've been ordered to go there, Deb. You don't have a choice.

I personally would use the road trip money on a lawyer. It sounds like you plan on speaking. Which means you're going to get in trouble.

Just get a lawyer.

Incidentally, if you do go to the hearing, I suggest to take along some sort of weapon. That way they'll know you mean business.
