She's just so...so...stupid. Some third party on a unrelated internet web site making a sexual joke about two adults of some notoriety is not a 'get out of jail free card' for making nasty sexual comments about a 2-year-old and his father. It does not excuse her from suggesting that it would be a great thing if that same 2-year-old were murdered and then proceeding to attempt to get the toddlers home address.
But she really, reeeeeeally believes that is going to work for her.

For some reason at least all the traffic I see from her site comes from an "admin" url, like this example:
debfrisch.com/admin/mt-comments?the_comment_id
This includes visits from all over, and I don't think she's easily stepping back and forth across even this country. Just a heads up that there's a good chance many of these hits you see in your stats aren't her. Barring an ip match, of course.
