It has been suggested that I post Dr. Frisch's personal info.

I reject these suggestions. Posting that info would serve no purpose other than to inflame Dr. Frisch and perhaps to endanger her person.

I think this blog will be very effective as it is, there is no need to push any limits on taste.

No need to post her personal information since that is fairly easy to obtain. Seems the internet folks on the left are losing it lately. Frish, Greenwald, Johnson, Leopold, Dean. All the cranks and kookies off the meds.

Keep up the good work. She should never work in teaching again at any level. I think it would be highly unwise to hire this walking lawsuit nutbird even in a fast food capacity.

Not interested in her personal info other than...where the hell did she get a doctorate? has anyone even confirmed that she really has one? Independant studies, like Professor Churchill?

At 1:11 PM, Anonymous Anonymous said...

Good call, Sinner. I'm inclined to think the ones urging for her personal info to be (re)posted are Frischeviks trying to build a case on her behalf.

At 1:21 PM, Anonymous Anonymous said...

Well done, Sinner. Here's my post of a lot of the original.

Ya gotta post the latest. About the lawyer whose email she claims was forwarded to her:
focuses his practice in the areas of patent, trademark, and copyright law. He advises clients in licensing, counseling on creation and avoidance of risk, and litigation in federal and state courts
Thanks for steppin' in to defray the hits.

From the most recent entry on Dr. Frisch's website (posting the name of a lawyer to whom she was referred and advising Jeff Goldstein of same):

"...when my intention is to de-escalate the situation and also maybe sue you."

Yep...that's sure some fine de-escalation ya'll got goin' there, Deb.

At 9:31 AM, Anonymous Anonymous said...

Inoticed that. I also noticed that she claimed to have emailed JG seven times. WTF?

At 9:36 AM, Anonymous Anonymous said...

Good thinking. Right now you are just looking at damages re: lost future earnings opportunity. You don't want to add risk or even actual harm to physical person, what with the escalation to the legal realm next week.

Are you worth suing? What's your net worth?

At 10:12 AM, Anonymous Anonymous said...

I love the latest post where she admits she intended to cause emotional harm to JG. Case closed for Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress!

At 12:07 PM, Anonymous Anonymous said...

Agreed. Frisch already crossed the taste line. No need to stoop down to her level (which in reality might be really difficult come to think about it). My future Arizona degree suddenly seems so much less valuable now.

At 1:50 PM, Anonymous Anonymous said...

OK this is really funny. She is now claiming that she's going to sue Pajamas Media etc. for making her lose her job...

WAIT!!! She wasn't fired!!! She RESIGNED!!!

At 2:13 PM, Anonymous Anonymous said...

When Blackfive posted the email of the boss at the psych dept at UA and 50 other blogs linked to it, I felt stalked.

When Blackfive posted my home address in Tucson, I felt stalked.

I brokered a deal with Ace to get the stupid, evil, piece of shit mofo to take down my address.

Every blog that linked to Blackfive that is in Pajamas Media or another suable entity is gonna get sued.

Capice, dingbats?

At 2:13 PM, Anonymous Anonymous said...

Who is the owner of this blog?

Thank you! Now I get to sue Blogger, too!!!!

U da man, a-hole.

At 2:52 PM, Anonymous Anonymous said...

Go away Deb. Better yet, just Jump. Please.

At 3:24 PM, Anonymous Anonymous said...

I am not a sock puppet! I just don't want to be on the Frisch trolling list.

In any event: U Penn has a "Frisch, Deborah Ellen, 1988" in their list of doctoral degrees they have granted. So there is one tiny shard of truth there at least.

At 3:41 PM, Anonymous Anonymous said...

Still not a sock puppet. Don't know why I am Googling this stuff:

More of Frisch trademark "satire".

She is also listed as a contributor to this "rate yourself" site. No indication which, if any, of the tests she wrote, unfortunately. Perhaps she can enlighten us in her next comment baws!

At 4:04 PM, Anonymous Anonymous said...

crazy, toys in the attic, she is craaaayyyyzyyyy, truly gone fishing ...

At 4:12 PM, Anonymous Anonymous said...

Dr. Frisch has become a caricature.
It is sad to see somebody who exhibits signs of intelligence show a lack of the same.

At 5:52 PM, Anonymous Anonymous said...

I guess when propective employers google your name, the callbacks don't materialize.

Cause meet effect.

I'm sorry you don't have anyone in your life that cares enough to see you get help. But I'm sure the local Yellow Pages have enough listings to make a good head start.

Liberals have a right to free speech. Wingnuts do not.

Liberals have a right to a job, and you wingnuts must pay for it with your tax dollars.

Owning a gun is a threat to liberals. All gun owners should be arrested and liquidated.

Liberals have the right to threaten to molest and kill children because George Bush = Hitler and all Jews are Evil.

Alerting employers and the media about threats made by a liberal to children is fascist. Threats to children are anti-fascist, if they are made by a liberal.

Nobody can comment about liberals excect other liberals - this is called free speech.

If a liberal says something stupid and loses their job/money, it's wingnuts fault and they should pay for it.

Dear Deb:

Did you hear from the FBI yet? According to the field agent I spoke with yesterday, you will get a visit soon. Enjoy your stay at the taxpayer expense. Who knows, maybe you might meet a new girlfriend behind bars.

At 12:07 PM, Anonymous Anonymous said...

There is no such word as defamate. A person or entity can be defamed; the action is defamation; the utterance would be defamatory.

Thing is, defamation in and of itself is not illegal. You can defame (NOT defamate) someone with the truth; defamation is simply a declaration that reduces the subject's standing in his community.

Libel and slander are types of tortious acts. To commit either, the utterance must be defamatory -- it must damage the subject -- and, most important, it must be untrue. For libel, it must also be published, and to for an action to be pressed by a public figure, the defendant must have known the content was untrue, and or have had reckless disregard for the truth.

In any case, opinions aren'[t libelous.

Then again, making up new words doesn't seem to bother you, and the truth seems to be a stranger to you as well.

At 12:18 PM, Anonymous Anonymous said...

I think Deb meant "deficate" - which is what she does on a daily basis on numerous blogs.

At 12:31 PM, Anonymous Anonymous said...

As for the definitions of libel and slander, I think the key here is "careless disregard for the truth":

a) Opinions are not statements of fact and speculating as to which mental illness Deb is suffering under doesn't qualify;
b) comments about Deb's actions are comments upon provable fact.

At 12:48 PM, Anonymous Anonymous said...

Oh and Debbie would fall under the limited public figure standing because that includes people who "voluntarily thrust themselves" into a controversy. She would have to meet the higher "actual malice" standard of knowledge of falsity or reckless disregard. It's not like Jeff Goldstein sought her out.

At 1:31 PM, Anonymous Anonymous said...

"It's not like Jeff Goldstein sought her out."
Not unless you count his mere existence.

I linked to this blog (and some of the others) to increase its hitcount when google comes to index it.

Whoops. Forgot URL.

I hope people out there are archiving all of her latest posts on her blog etc.

Also, if blogspot decides to ban this website, not to worry, it can always be hosted on an alternative web host...

I will gladly offer space on my webserver for this blog if needed, free of charge since this is a community service website.

Right, Deb. "Blogger" is the great and powerful Dark Lord of All Wingnuts. Sue him, and it'll be like driving a stake through Dracula's heart and ridding the world of vampires.

Go for it.

At 7:33 PM, Anonymous Anonymous said...

Deb- Blackfive never posted your address. Someone who commented on the blog posted it and blackfive removed it. You're going to have a hard time getting a lawyer to stay with your case if you can't present accurate facts (unless you have lots of money to spend on the fees). Also, as many others have already pointed out, there is legal precedent you should be looking at that will likely keep you from winning any monetary award (the Tucker Max lawsuit).
