I reject these suggestions. Posting that info would serve no purpose other than to inflame Dr. Frisch and perhaps to endanger her person.
I think this blog will be very effective as it is, there is no need to push any limits on taste.

No need to post her personal information since that is fairly easy to obtain. Seems the internet folks on the left are losing it lately. Frish, Greenwald, Johnson, Leopold, Dean. All the cranks and kookies off the meds.
Keep up the good work. She should never work in teaching again at any level. I think it would be highly unwise to hire this walking lawsuit nutbird even in a fast food capacity.

There is no such word as defamate. A person or entity can be defamed; the action is defamation; the utterance would be defamatory.
Thing is, defamation in and of itself is not illegal. You can defame (NOT defamate) someone with the truth; defamation is simply a declaration that reduces the subject's standing in his community.
Libel and slander are types of tortious acts. To commit either, the utterance must be defamatory -- it must damage the subject -- and, most important, it must be untrue. For libel, it must also be published, and to for an action to be pressed by a public figure, the defendant must have known the content was untrue, and or have had reckless disregard for the truth.
In any case, opinions aren'[t libelous.
Then again, making up new words doesn't seem to bother you, and the truth seems to be a stranger to you as well.
I think Deb meant "deficate" - which is what she does on a daily basis on numerous blogs.
As for the definitions of libel and slander, I think the key here is "careless disregard for the truth":
a) Opinions are not statements of fact and speculating as to which mental illness Deb is suffering under doesn't qualify;
b) comments about Deb's actions are comments upon provable fact.
Oh and Debbie would fall under the limited public figure standing because that includes people who "voluntarily thrust themselves" into a controversy. She would have to meet the higher "actual malice" standard of knowledge of falsity or reckless disregard. It's not like Jeff Goldstein sought her out.

Deb- Blackfive never posted your address. Someone who commented on the blog posted it and blackfive removed it. You're going to have a hard time getting a lawyer to stay with your case if you can't present accurate facts (unless you have lots of money to spend on the fees). Also, as many others have already pointed out, there is legal precedent you should be looking at that will likely keep you from winning any monetary award (the Tucker Max lawsuit).
